Medal of Honour mostly famous for its game settings in WWII style has moved onto the modern day in Afghanistan, it will be a reboot of the series, instead of going after cheap gimmicks and gameplay its going as far as bringing military consultants in for interviews to make the game ultra realistic.

Heres more info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medal_of_H ... video_game)

HD Trailer

It will be released later on this year.

SPOILER WARNING

Treyarchs Call of Duty 7 will be set in the WW2 theme Vietnam War.

Wow, that actually looks really f***ing good. Man I hate that Vietnam War, WW1 and WW2 type s***... why do they have to keep going back with games.

Didn't they learn that from the MW series. No one cares about the past and old school s*** guns.

Yeah it does aye, and good news also, most current enthusiast setups can run the game at near max details when it comes out, offering good performance to eye candy turned on.

I actually liked World at War and lot more others will back me up with this, the only problem for Activision was that, if Treyarch had offered WaW before MW came out, then the selling point would've been really successful. And COD became popular due to its first release 10 years ago and onwards which were all based on WW2 till 2007's Modern Warfare came out. And this time, Treyarch will promise a real World War experience.

BTW, did Xion really edit the title?

Yeah whats with the requirments for bad company 2, it is recommended to have a gtx 260?. This game must have good graphics then, can't imagine the recommended requirements for crysis 2.

Graphics aren't that good
The game is more dependent on CPU rather then GPU

Bad Company 2 might grow on me, but I really f***ing hate large maps. I used to dominated BF2 only because I worked behind enemy lines raping them from the inside.

I've come to realize that Medal of Honor is one of my favorite series. It mixes color, violence and good humor together to create a series which continues to leave me paralyzed.

Edit: That was my first attempt to get as many "[edited by Xion: Don't be American]" messages as possible. Only 4 :(

Just remember that MOH set the benchmark that COD has followed ever since.

Considering everyone is giving huge thumbsup to BC2, and the new MOH will use the same game engine as BC2, then all those will also love the new MOH :)

I think if they can make the maps a little smaller for better close up action (in the styles of MW2) but still have the way better graphics engine that is used in BC2 as well as dedicated servers, then the new MOH will be a definite winner.

:)

I thought MoH uses the Unreal Engine, the trailers look it too.

Edit :Wiki now says
Quote:
Unreal Engine 3 (singleplayer)[1]
Frostbite Engine (multiplayer)[1]

good to see they're gonna let real people design the game instead of letting "no-idea-nerds" design something they have absolutely no idea about.... hopefully even if the graphics aint that crash hot the game will make up for it in realism, ie gravity, explosion radious, fragmentation damage, and a thounsand more variables
